Introduction
He obtained his Ph.D. degree on June 2, 2022, from the Doctoral School of Economics and Regional Sciences at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences. His doctoral dissertation topic was financial literacy, comparing three countries. He earned a law degree from the undivided law program at Eötvös Loránd University and an economics teacher degree from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He obtained his LL.M. degree in English Common Law from Leeds Beckett University (United Kingdom). He will graduate from the Faculty of Humanities at Eötvös Loránd University in January 2024 (Germanic Studies BA with a major in Swedish Language, absolutorium). He earned his MSc degree in Financial Management from IBS International Business School (University of Buckingham, United Kingdom) and an MA degree in International Public Service Relations from the National University of Public Service – Ludovika, Hungary. He completed his bachelor's degree and the majority of his master's degree in English. He also holds degrees in Socio-Economic Translation and Economic Diplomacy.
Since 2022, he has been an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Economics at Budapest Metropolitan University. Since February 2023, he has been an Assistant Professor and external lecturer at the Department of Economics and Business Administration at Kodolányi János University. He taught at Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian College (Spring 2022) and Milton Friedman University (Autumn 2022). The disciplines he teaches are finance, accounting, management, and economics.
From August 2018 until February 2023, he was the Managing Director and majority owner of SZUMMADENT Kft. Since March 2023, he has been working as an Insurance Executive at the Ministry of Economic Development. He is responsible for the money, capital, and insurance markets, the financial transmission system, and legal harmonization. He participates in the preparation of related EU legal acts for the Economic Coordination Council (EKTB), the preparatory phase of EU decision-making, expert committees of the European Commission, Council working parties, ECOFIN meetings, and prepares professional materials for COREPER and ECOFIN during the decision-making phase.
As a high school student, he won Hungary's Good Student – Good Athlete Award three times. He also won the National Higher Education Scholarship twice. His research began in 2016, and over the past six years, as a member of three research groups, he has achieved scientific results in the fields of workplace stress, logistics, higher education, and competitiveness. He has been a continuous participant in the CoronaHR research since 2020. The total number of his publications is 125. Ten of his journal articles are indexed by SCImago.
He speaks English at a proficient level, Swedish at an advanced level, Italian at an intermediate level, and Portuguese at a beginner level. Besides economics, he is interested in medical law, medical malpractice cases, and comparative linguistics. He regularly addresses the latest global politics through the international written or oral press. He is an enthusiastic language learner of Portuguese, Dutch, and French, and a long-distance runner in his free time.
