Introduction

Since 2005, I have been teaching in the fields of human resource management, project management, organizational development, agile and kaizen cultures. I worked for more than a decade as a lecturer at the former Széchenyi István University in Békéscsaba and its predecessor institutions, and for the past decade at Kodolányi János University. I have been teaching at the Faculty of Economics at Neumann János University since 2026. In addition, I have been running businesses, developing organizations, and supporting communities since 2002.

I believe that science truly comes alive when it has a tangible impact on people's lives. As a teacher, researcher, and practicing professional, I have always been driven to build bridges between university knowledge and corporate and institutional reality. For me, economics, human resource development, and organizational development are not theoretical constructs, but tools that can be used to shape regions, organizations, and individual life paths.

During my career, I have worked in higher education, research, and corporate-public sector collaborations. This diverse experience helps me to always show real-life situations, decisions, and consequences behind classroom examples. It is important to me that students not only acquire knowledge, but also self-confidence, critical thinking, and a vision for the future.

I am particularly committed to the development of young people: I believe that every student has the potential to develop if they receive the right professional and personal support. In line with my positive outlook on life, I believe that learning is not a chore but an opportunity—a path that we walk together, asking questions, thinking, and creating.

My main areas of research are: regional and urban development, organizational development, agile and lean management, generational change in family businesses, and supporting intergenerational cooperation.
