We welcome you on behalf of the employees of the Department of Management and Business Law!
Our goal, together with my teaching colleagues, is to prepare students for the world of work, to create and operate value-creating processes, and to master the management and legal aspects of organizational processes for effective business operation.
The department's training portfolio covers all areas of current management science and the direct practical application of theoretical knowledge, including: management fundamentals, leadership and organization, strategic planning, human resource management, corporate management tools, process management, project management, production and product management, environmental economics, management of value-creating processes, business informatics, and more. Through acquiring this broad knowledge, our students gain outstanding and enduring knowledge and skills at an international level. Our lecturers are also actively involved in our MBA (Master of Business Administration) program.
During the training, we make the curriculum more illustrative for students through practical examples, and students can test themselves in the framework of real-life tasks. At the end of the program, students must process real corporate problems during the project assignment and thesis subjects, allowing them to directly utilize their knowledge in a corporate environment, a practical experience that makes it easy for them to find employment in the labor market.
During their university studies, our students also gain insight into the world of research. Talented and interested students can participate in various forms of research projects under the guidance of their lecturers—in the joy of discovery. They can present their results at the Scientific Student Circle (TDK) and at further conferences and lectures.
The Department of Management and Business Law invites students on this exciting journey and wishes them joy, enjoyable studies, and great success!
