The town's highlights include the impressive Komárno Fortress, perfect for history enthusiasts, and Europe Square, featuring unique architecture representing different European countries. Scenic walks along the Danube River provide a peaceful experience, while the local cuisine, with its mix of Slovak and Hungarian flavors, is a delight. The town boasts friendly locals and affordable accommodations, adding to its appeal. However, public transport could be more tourist-friendly, and improved English signage at key sites would enhance the experience.
